Campaign Story
My name is Jennifer Smallenbroek and I am a postpartum hemorrhage survivor. I welcomed my son, Jonathan, on February 11, 2023. After birth, I hemorrhaged. I had an emergency partial hysterectomy and multiple blood transfusions. The procedure that saved my life also took away my ability to bring new life into the world on my own.
I am fundraising to support my husband, Ben, and I’s journey into surrogacy. We want nothing more than to have another child, a sweet sibling for our one-year-old baby boy.
God has given me a second chance at life, and we plan to embrace this blessing, growing our family. We deeply appreciate any donations to support our gestational carrier journey. Your generosity helps us cover essential expenses and provide the best possible care for our future amazing gestational carrier.
